Pars Capital Partners, LLC began operations in 2020 and was launched in 2021. The firm assists its clients in traditional investment banking services within a very narrow space in the life sciences industry. There are two major groups of service providers that conduct clinical trial related services as outsourcing, they are Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Companies operating within these two groups are the subject of all activities of our firm. We buy, sell, and invest in these organizations for our account and for our strategic and financial clients.
